CEO / Co-Founder

Neil is a CEO and Co-Founder of Structure First. Prior to becoming a Principal of Structure First, Neil spent five years as a senior executive in the design/build industry for financial institutions. Before that, Neil spent 14 years as a commercial banker at various financial institutions ranging from a small community bank to a large multi national bank. Working in different capacities and organization sizes on both sides of the table has given him a broad range of expertise in the value proposition that each financial institution can offer its clients and members.

After the great recession, Neil decided to combine his two prior professional expericences and create a firm that focused on completing finanacial institution building projects with the highest quality and the most effecient cost. He now leads a firm that continues to manage the design, bid, and build process for community financial institutions while mitigating risk to its stakeholders.
