Project Update: Looking Good!
Brit Boatright, CCIM is on site in Germantown, TN to check on the progress of the renovation of INSOUTH Bank’s new 7,093 sq. ft. branch, which is targeted to open Q2 2026.
This project includes an interior and exterior renovation of a former banking institution, as well as the addition of offices and a relocated drive-thru.
