Eric is an experienced construction and program management executive. During his 35+ years in the industry, he has been involved with a large variety of complex projects from high-rise construction and development to high-end retail for national and international firms throughout the U.S..

Focusing exclusively on financial institutions for the past 20 years, Eric has demonstrated tremendous success in guiding clients through the growing technical complexity and economic risk associated with modern construction projects, and increased specialization of design professionals. He enjoys building strong relationships and trust with our clients through performance and communication.

As a Principal and COO for Structure First, Eric provides advice and consultation to our clients in site selection and evaluation, design, scope of work, cost estimating, general contractor qualification, construction and oversight of the design team and general contractor.
